Every year, young athletes across rugby, AFL, NRL, netball, soccer, and tennis finish seasons before they start, with knee, hip, and shoulder injuries that the right training could have prevented. At O3 Training, we build the foundations that sport forgets: movement quality, muscle activation, and load management for athletes aged 10 to 17. This is the training that makes everything else possible.

Young athletes across rugby, AFL, NRL, netball, soccer, tennis, and every other sport are sustaining serious and often preventable injuries at junior elite level. The research is consistent: the root cause is a lack of foundational movement training in the years before reaching that level. Luke Glen holds a Bachelor of Sports Coaching, Majoring in Strength and Conditioning with Nutrition and has played rugby at a high level in New Zealand. That background shows up in every session.
